Nice to see you!

Three major events occurred for me last year (2010), all in the space of about 2 weeks. I turned 50. The following day I got married. Two weeks later, my oldest daughter became pregnant with her first child and my first grandchild.

Most middle-aged people will tell you that in their minds, they still feel 20 something. It's the same for me.

Wasn't it only yesterday that I was planning a night out with guys from the surf club? That gorgeous new perm. Flaired, cuffed denims and the red t-shirt with the off-the-shoulder frill. Corked platform wedgies. **sigh**

Suddenly I'm looking in the mirror and wondering how 30 years can flash by so damned quickly!

So here I am in cyberspace, sharing my genuine shock and horror with anyone who'll listen and maybe I'll even meet some other over 50s who find themselves in the same predicament!

Welcome to my dilemna!!

Healing Monday

Corruption and Globalist Control

This has been my ‘healing’ month.

April will be my ‘practical’ month.

There will be much to do! The shop is exactly as I left it on 14th February, but now it’s time to make a list and start ticking things off.

I can’t move forward until I get closure on what’s done.

I started the list today.

Our Coles delivery arrived at 10.30am and that’s when I got out of bed.

I prepared fish and salad for lunch and in between checking on the defrosting mini freezer Adoring Husband and I watched a couple of Netflix movies.

One was a Zombie movie which gave me some handy tips for surviving the coming Zombie Apocalypse. I feel that it’s not too far away.

The second, being a fluffy romcom, was quite the opposite and a much nicer way to kill 90 minutes.

AH and I played some YouTube trivia until MAFS started and AH ate his leftovers from last night.

Now it’s almost midnight so it’s sleep time for me.

BGWLBH arrived home safe and sound late this afternoon. Now I’m counting down her return!

Nite all.
