- The glorious sunshine that almost deflected the knowledge of the current fragility of our world.
- Delicious salmon and salad.
- My 36 minute deep sleep meditation that I only heard three minutes of before falling sound asleep.
- The gorgeous heavy rain that felt like it was washing away all the troubles of the world.
- My lazy morning in bed doing a whole lot of nothing.
- Adoring Husband’s morning greeting full of love and caffeine 😝 ☕️
For dinner, we had rice wraps with chilli chicken, snow peas, avocado, shallots, carrot, cucumber and mint with a spicy vinegar dipping sauce which I spooned inside the wraps instead of dipping them.
I was intending to swim this afternoon, but then the rain came. The pool water felt just right because the days have been quite warm. Perhaps I’ll try again tomorrow.
And I really should attempt to start something on my list and get into some kind of routine because these days of isolation are going to grow into months of isolation, so I would like be a little productive during this time.
It’s going to be midnight before we know it, so I’m off to bed.
Nite all.
