Played golf with Woman of Many Talents and we were happy with our efforts.
Arrived home in time to bid farewell to Adoring Husband for the week.
Took photos in the garden instead of doing the housework. Mixed feelings. Happy with the photos. Disappointed with my lack of effort in the 'housework' department.

Made the effort to go out tonight - first time in a long time. Had a good time with the girls.
Had a slapdash cold chicken and wombok salad for dinner and then watched the football. Disappointing results - none from two so far!
Going to bed early so that I can rise early for Adoring Husband's work tomorrow, which I agreed to do while he's away.
... and that, my friends, is a brief summary of my day. :D
