Nice to see you!

Three major events occurred for me last year (2010), all in the space of about 2 weeks. I turned 50. The following day I got married. Two weeks later, my oldest daughter became pregnant with her first child and my first grandchild.

Most middle-aged people will tell you that in their minds, they still feel 20 something. It's the same for me.

Wasn't it only yesterday that I was planning a night out with guys from the surf club? That gorgeous new perm. Flaired, cuffed denims and the red t-shirt with the off-the-shoulder frill. Corked platform wedgies. **sigh**

Suddenly I'm looking in the mirror and wondering how 30 years can flash by so damned quickly!

So here I am in cyberspace, sharing my genuine shock and horror with anyone who'll listen and maybe I'll even meet some other over 50s who find themselves in the same predicament!

Welcome to my dilemna!!

Wiped Out

Saturday was a wipe out for me.

End of the week exhaustion.

Sales for Saturday were pretty damned good, followed by a really enjoyable art class with a newby who plans on being a regular.

I arrived home at 4pm and collapsed on the couch to watch The Hunger Games which we both dozed our way through.

At 2am, having dozed my way through the entire Hunger Games series, I fell into bed.

Slept like a baby until 9.30am.

Done lots more research and found lots more information.

Of everything I’ve discovered over the last 18 months, I found a lot of it here compacted into an online documentary, which, of course, has been censored by mainstream - but they can’t debunk any of it because it’s all factual.

I implore you to watch it. Even if you watch it in 15 minute increments, you’ll find it very eye opening.

It’s almost 4pm and I’m ready to sleep again!

Nite all.
