Nice to see you!

Three major events occurred for me last year (2010), all in the space of about 2 weeks. I turned 50. The following day I got married. Two weeks later, my oldest daughter became pregnant with her first child and my first grandchild.

Most middle-aged people will tell you that in their minds, they still feel 20 something. It's the same for me.

Wasn't it only yesterday that I was planning a night out with guys from the surf club? That gorgeous new perm. Flaired, cuffed denims and the red t-shirt with the off-the-shoulder frill. Corked platform wedgies. **sigh**

Suddenly I'm looking in the mirror and wondering how 30 years can flash by so damned quickly!

So here I am in cyberspace, sharing my genuine shock and horror with anyone who'll listen and maybe I'll even meet some other over 50s who find themselves in the same predicament!

Welcome to my dilemna!!

Bit of Flooding

So we were briefly isolated by flood waters.

Three sections of road flooded between here and the bay. Two sections of road flooded between here and Howard/Torbanlea.

The Gypsy was unable to get here for meditation class this morning.

We three hunkered down at home and enjoyed whatever we wanted to focus on.

Adoring Husband did a little work outside and then joined me inside.

BGWLBH did some binge watching while doing art.

I learned how to use my new Schuman Wave Signal Generator.

The Saber-toothed Tiger Schumann Waves Generator is an ultra-low frequency pulse generator designed to enhance environments by emitting specific electromagnetic frequencies, primarily the 7.83Hz Schumann Resonance. This device aims to create a calming and balanced atmosphere, suitable for relaxation, meditation, and general well-being. It operates silently, providing a subtle yet consistent frequency output.

There are different levels of Hz that deal with different parts of the body (organs, bones, blood, cells, DNA etc) and mind, that deal with serenity and calmness, that deal with sleep, that deal with the chakras, pain relief, meditation, stability, grounding etc etc etc.

So the machine is much easier to use than I expected and I’m happy with my purchase.

I watched a 2 hour YouTube video of Mayim Bialik interviewing a “channeller”.

I cooked tuna bake for dinner and served it with salad.

Now I’m going to sleep.

Nite all.
