This morning was the first time that Harley didn’t tell me he wanted to get up.
At 6.45am he was still sitting quietly in his sleeping pen when I opened the door for him to greet the day.
It felt quite strange, but I hope it’s the beginning of many later morning starts.
After breakfast and Harley play, I showered and washed my hair to look presentable for a ZOOM meeting with The Gypsy.
She is still struggling a little with her health but is slowly improving and gaining some of her weight back which, after 5 months, is great.
We had 90 minutes on ZOOM which wasn’t long enough.
BGWLBH has been doing her beautiful art …
… and I started this …
A LONG way to go yet. It looks a bit childish and amateur right now but I have high hopes.
Adoring Husband spent quite some time in the front garden digging weeds. From the street, our house looks like nobody lives here. Only the cars in the driveway indicate there are residents!
Our neighbour caused some excitement in the street when a crane arrived to lift her swimming pool over the house and into the back yard. Harley was momentarily upset and gave the pool a good barking to!
I napped on the couch again today and made easy tacos for dinner.
I’m looking forward to a foot detox and massage tomorrow so it’s time for me to sleep now.
Nite all.
