Nice to see you!

Three major events occurred for me last year (2010), all in the space of about 2 weeks. I turned 50. The following day I got married. Two weeks later, my oldest daughter became pregnant with her first child and my first grandchild.

Most middle-aged people will tell you that in their minds, they still feel 20 something. It's the same for me.

Wasn't it only yesterday that I was planning a night out with guys from the surf club? That gorgeous new perm. Flaired, cuffed denims and the red t-shirt with the off-the-shoulder frill. Corked platform wedgies. **sigh**

Suddenly I'm looking in the mirror and wondering how 30 years can flash by so damned quickly!

So here I am in cyberspace, sharing my genuine shock and horror with anyone who'll listen and maybe I'll even meet some other over 50s who find themselves in the same predicament!

Welcome to my dilemna!!

Healing

While playing ‘fetch’ with Harley this morning, I found two things on YouTube.

1.  The flatline sound of 528 hertz frequency tone which is the healing sound that repairs your dna.

2.  Meditational healing music (with a long explanation for how it works from a scientific level).

Firstly I listened to the meditational healing music while playing with Harley for about an hour.

I came inside, made myself a prawn roll and cup of tea for breakfast and took them to bed with me.

I climbed into bed with Chicklet’s letter and my writing materials, turned on the 528hz sound and wrote a five page letter to Chicklet while listening to that healing sound.

After an hour, I fell asleep so I was listening to that healing sound in my sleep for another 2 hours.

I have to say that I woke up feeling clear in the head and quite refreshed!

So I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday spent mostly in bed.

I cooked honey soy chicken for dinner served with baked white sweet potato from our garden and organic beans and snow peas.

Now it’s 11.35pm and I’m off to Maryborough in the morning so I’d best get some sleep.

Nite all.
