Nice to see you!

Three major events occurred for me last year (2010), all in the space of about 2 weeks. I turned 50. The following day I got married. Two weeks later, my oldest daughter became pregnant with her first child and my first grandchild.

Most middle-aged people will tell you that in their minds, they still feel 20 something. It's the same for me.

Wasn't it only yesterday that I was planning a night out with guys from the surf club? That gorgeous new perm. Flaired, cuffed denims and the red t-shirt with the off-the-shoulder frill. Corked platform wedgies. **sigh**

Suddenly I'm looking in the mirror and wondering how 30 years can flash by so damned quickly!

So here I am in cyberspace, sharing my genuine shock and horror with anyone who'll listen and maybe I'll even meet some other over 50s who find themselves in the same predicament!

Welcome to my dilemna!!

Wisdom for All

Your wisdom teeth may hold more than just dental challenges. Scientists have discovered that these teeth contain powerful stem cells capable of repairing some of the body’s most vital organs, including the heart, brain, and bones. These stem cells can be harvested from the soft tissue inside wisdom teeth and used to regenerate damaged tissues, offering a new path for healing that goes far beyond dentistry.

What makes this discovery so groundbreaking is the versatility of these stem cells. In laboratory studies, they have shown the ability to transform into different types of specialised cells. This means they could potentially help repair heart tissue after a heart attack, regenerate brain cells damaged by neurological diseases, or even restore bone lost through injury or aging.

For decades, wisdom teeth were viewed as useless or problematic, often removed and discarded. Now they are being recognised as an unexpected source of regenerative medicine with life-saving potential. Researchers believe banking wisdom tooth stem cells could one day become as common as storing cord blood, ensuring a future resource for personalised treatments.

This hidden treasure inside your mouth could redefine how we heal and recover from some of the most challenging diseases.

Today, I spent a few hours learning about Quantum Science and then 90 minutes napping to rest my brain!

It was an easy dinner taking spaghetti bolognese sauce out of the freezer. All served in 20 minutes.

We all played trivia for an hour.

I watched MKR and The Block.

Now it’s already 11pm and I need to rise early for meditation, so sleep time for me.

Nite all.
